Leadership Team

photoIn a spirit of service, the elected community leadership team promotes the goals of the congregation and facilitates continual renewal, to assist members in responding to societal needs.

The leadership team is responsible for listening to, interpreting and guiding the life of the congregation. In administering to the congregation, the team provides spiritual and material support and corporately witness to the Presentation ministries.

The leadership team is elected every four years, with the next election set for 2018.

Sister Julianne Brockamp
Sister Julianne previously served as translator and ESL aide in the Hill City Public School District in Hill City, South Dakota; as Presentation formation director in Bolivia, South America; as parish life coordinator at Our Lady of the Sioux Parish in Oglala, South Dakota; as director of religious education at St. Joseph Parish and campus minister at Black Hills State University, both in Spearfish, South Dakota; as pastoral associate in Alamogordo, New Mexico; as congregational leader from 1989 to 1993; as a pastoral and catechetical minister in Bolivia; and as elementary teacher and principal in various Catholic schools in Iowa.

Sister Beth Driscoll
Sister Beth previously served in congregational leadership from 2008 to 2013 and before that as a team member of the Presentation collaborative Lantern Light ministry in New Orleans, Louisiana; as formation director for the Presentation community and music teacher in various parishes and Catholic schools in Iowa, South Dakota and Illinois.

Sister Ann Jackson
Sister Ann has served as formation director for the Presentation community. She also served as coordinator of retreats and spiritual direction at Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center in Hiawatha, Iowa, and as an English teacher in several Catholic high schools in Iowa.  

Sister Leanne Welch
Sister Leanne previously served in congregational leadership from 2008 to 2013 and before that as superintendent of Catholic schools for the Diocese of Birmingham, Alabama. Her other past ministries include curriculum director for Catholic schools of the Archdiocese of Dubuque and elementary administrator and teacher in various parishes in Iowa. She also served as adjunct instructor at Clarke University and Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, and the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

They were women of listening hearts, To them the Spirit spoke: 'Come.' So they rose up to follow...
