Celebrating Catholic Schools Week

Below are some of the ways our sisters and associates celebrated Catholic Schools Week, January 28-February 2, 2007.

Sister Cheryl Demmer, principal at Bishop Hayes Catholic School in Muscatine, IA, leads a prayer service in the school’s lobby.

 

 

 

 

Elementary teacher, Sister Joan Brincks and her K-5 students from Newman Catholic in Mason City, IA, collected items for the new women’s shelter, Trinity of Hope Women’s Shelter.

 

 

 

 

Elementary teacher, Sister Marjorie Loughren and her students from St. Pascal Baylon Catholic School in St. Paul, MN, frosted a cookie of Mozart for a biography project during Catholic Schools Week. They then enjoyed sampling the cookie.
